Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

• For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Acturaa India Pvt. Ltd in condition as mentioned in return/replacement policy.
• In case a customer wants a refund in the bank account (only applicable in COD case), details of bank account should be submitted.
• In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given to the original source of payment.
• In case of prepaid orders, Refund will be processed to original payment source within 5-7 days from the day condition in point 1 is fulfilled.
• In case of COD order, Refund will be processed to bank account within 15 days from the day condition in point 1 & 2 is fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy

• The customer can cancel an order at any time before dispatch.
• You cannot cancel the order once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
• In case of any cancellation from Acturaa India Pvt. Ltd. due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is initiated for prepaid orders.
• Acturaa India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order at any time.
